Owners were fantastic humans! Gave us hints on best places to go, where to find great food etc. They were gracious enough to allow us to puck some fruit from their trees, even helping me reach the higher branches. So happy to have stayed there
This place is great! I’ve stayed a couple times. Very affordable, next to the hot springs. Owners are very nice & accommodating. If fact, they held onto a nice coat & vest for me for about a month, that we had forgotten! They contacted me and very kindly mailed it to me. Definitely above & beyond!
I am giving a guarded 4 star review.... The nice family that runs the Motel are awesome, they work hard to make a great experience, they are knowledgeable of the area and full of pointers. The atmosphere is fantastic, all guests seem to mingle well in the common areas and enjoy stories of what brought them to the area. The views are amazing and in such a historic location with no shortage of things to explore. The rooms are kept very clean, linens all spotless and fresh. The rooms are dated but still very comfortable. We did not book expecting a high end modern building. The only place I have to subtract a star is our room did have a very musty smell, while some of the family became nose blind to it fast I did not. I could see this being a major issue to some people. Overall the experience was pleasant!
Great motel! The couple that own it are very kind. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with a beautiful view. We spent two days there to visit the hot springs. It was so nice to have a little kitchenette because there was not many places to eat nearby. I appreciated that they were well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils. If I had known I would have prepared better and brought groceries. Oh and they also have a grill you can use.
Amazing experience. Super friendly staff, lots of outdoor social space to sit and watch the scenery. Rooms have everything you can possibly need. And pet friendly. We'll be back for sure :)
We been here before. We enjoy Glen and Cindy's warm welcome and attention to our needs. The room was beautifully made up , clean and bright. It's a short walk to the Hot Springs. About a city block. Easy access to local attractions and restaurants, we highly recommend this motel. We've been coming to Ainsworth for many years and we're glad to find another local gem when the Mermaid Hotel closed a few years back. Virginia and Mark
This place was amazing! Right next to the hot springs, fully equipped rooms with kitchenettes- utensils, fridge, coffee. And several pet friendly rooms! Beautiful outdoor space overlooking the lake and mountains. The owners were amazing and so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!!
Great owners and the rooms are great old school and no body bothers you at all . Already booked are second stay .
